二、雅思听力提升方法
首先觉得雅思听力速度快，最传统也是最有效的解决方法就是多听，除了反复练耳朵别无捷径。除此之外建议平时大声朗读文章并且保持一定的速度，听和说是有一定联系的因此快速的朗读在一定程度上是可以促进听力水平的提高的，需要注意的是朗读时要记得考察自己的读音是否正确标准否则适得其反。
其次英语基础的不牢固对英语词汇的辨识度不够，所以要听说结合正确的发音（pronunciation）。
听和说是息息相关的：如果听力不好那么口语（speaking）可能就不太好反之亦然，很多时候因为我们的发音不好甚至不对，句子重音移位甚至错位导致我们对本来是正确的英语句子和单词产生了“无法辨识”的错觉，大脑根本无法处理（deal with）这些信息，因为平时习惯了那些错误的声音就算能够做出正确的理解，听力材料都也可能已经过了一大半了。
对于这一类原因建议平时多跟读正确的材料，例如各种新闻广播（news broadcast）来达到纠正发音和练习听力的双重效果，此外在平时做练习时有意识地将自己的发音与标准发音有出入的词记下来并强化训练，保证以后不再有类似错误（mistakes）。
最后就是英语词汇量（vocabulary）不够从而影响到做题速度，所以就需要考生在平时积累一定的词汇量。
三、雅思听力练习方法
具体方法建议是先做题，后听写。
在听写之前，一定要先把题目做完，否则你听写以后，听力原文的答案你都知道了，宝贵的剑桥题目都废了。
以单句为单位，听写剑桥听力原文。
有些机构的老师要大家听写单个的单词，但是只听写单个的单词有一些弊端，第一个弊端，就是你并没有把单词放在语境中去听写，所以无法对听力原文有整体的把握。第二个弊端，就是有很多吞音、连读是在句子中出现的，而只听写单个的单词，无法训练在句子中吞音连读的语音分辨能力。建议大家一定要一句话一句话的去听写，最后写出的是整个完整的剑桥听力原文。
边听边写，听完却没有写完，按暂停，听完再写。
这一步很重要，大家要边听边写，开始放听力录音同时，就要开始写，可能你只写了两、三个单词，这一句话就说完了，这个时候按暂停，凭借你残留的记忆，把这一句话补全。
如果没听清或没记住，可以返回，重复听这一句。
最多反复听五遍，五遍还写不下来就过，继续往下听。
如果听了五遍，都没有写出来，那就不要再重复了，因为很有可能你是有个单词不认识，或者有个吞音或连读听不出来，那即便你再听一百遍也是很难听出来的，所以就继续往下听。
一句一句听，不允许断很多次。
大家一定要听完完整的一句话或者如果是从句很长，那么至少要听完一个完整的主谓宾才能暂停，不允许只听一两个单词就暂停。
你不需要听所有的Section，要根据你要考的雅思分数，来决定你听哪几个Section。
听写完以后，对照听力原文改错。改错很重要，一定要把自己没写出来的改对才可以，大家最好可以边听边改，听一句，改一句，听写完马上就改。分析错误原因，把没写出来的单词单独列出，记住。
四、雅思听力填空题解题技巧
听力开始前仔细审题
不同于托福考试，雅思听力是会提前给你题目信息的。那么这份直接给出的材料会对我们解答听力填空题提供很大的帮助。
审题的目的有两个。一个是审清题目要求，还有一个是预测填空的内容。很多同学在考试时为了节省答题时间会忽略试卷上的要求，导致答题不规范的现象出现，例如超出答题字数的限制等。所以在答题前仔细阅读答题要求是很重要的。除此之外，我们还可以根据题目来推测填空部分的内容，确定它的词性和范围。这样在听听力时就会有大致的预判方向。
听听力时抓取信息
由于雅思听力只播放一次，所以为了尽可能多的获得答题信息点，要掌握基本的定位能力。根据题目要求，定位到你所听到的内容。但是事实上，为了增加考试的难度，很多时候听力材料中的内容与我们题目中的内容在句式和表达上会有所出入。这个时候就需要我们尽可能的听懂听力中的信息，即使听不懂，也要抓取听力中出现的关键词，根据词性判断来去确定填空处需要补充的内容。
听力结束后适当猜题
填空不同于选择，雅思听力的要求是所听即所得。所以当遇到没有听清单词或者不会拼写的单词时，可以采用猜单词，省略单词的方法。
猜单词是根据你听到的单词的读音来拼写单词。或者联系上下文你所理解的文章大意。来推测这个位置需要补充的单词。
